I am a self-motivated, enthusiastic delivery consultant with extensive experience in Software Delivery Leadership and Test Consultancy. I thrive working for a company that focuses on delivering quality to its clients and customers. I will continue working with teams to help solve business problems, encouraging good practice and striving to deliver value early and often.

I believe the most significant impact we can have on software delivery outcomes is to help foster high levels of engagement with the delivery team, users and stakeholders. Everyone proactively works together as a team. For me, this is more important than, for example, if you're doing Scrum perfectly.

I have experience working on multiple small and large-scale projects in the financial, insurance and digital marketing industries, and I have also had significant periods within Government.
